Our Team

Matthew Harrison, P.T.

Matt has been a member of the Select Physical Therapy Team since 2017, with 13 years of clinical experience. He has worked exclusively in outpatient orthopedic settings since starting his physical therapy career. He specializes in treating orthopedic and sports medicine, balance and gait disorders and vestibular dysfunction. He also serves as assistant center manager in our Worcester center. Matt earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Rhode Island. Matt and his wife have two young sons, and he enjoys coaching his son's sports teams and playing golf.

Kayla Magill, Patient Service Specialist

Kayla has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since November 2021. She helps the patients schedule appointments and verify their insurance benefits. Kayla has been working in customer service for 10 years. Kayla studied child psychology and early childhood education at Becker College.

Michael Doucette, P.T.

Mike has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022. He has worked in home health, inpatient and outpatient settings. Mike specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, general deconditioning and vestibular rehabilitation. Mike received an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant at Concorde Institute. Mike has been married for 14 years to his wife, and has two wonderful children. He enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Nirva Penbeyan-Renzetti, Patient Service Specialist

Nirva has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2022, with 20 years in the field of health care. She was a nationally certified lead pharmacy technician for over 16 years and has worked with the public since the age of 15. She attended both Worcester State and Quinsigamond Community College studying communications in media and photography. Her philosophy in life is, "Do what you love just don't hurt others" and tries to spread that message around. She and her husband have one child and enjoy watching TV shows and movies, especially the series "Stranger Things" and "Cobra Kai". Nirva also has two boys; her Morkie, Loki, and her Maltipoo, Enzo.
