Our Team

Patrick "Duff" Daughtery, PTA

Patrick is graduate of Penn Valley Community college and has worked as a physical therapist assistant for 32 years. Most of his experience has been in outpatient general orthopedics, though he has many other areas of professional interest from sports-related injuries to the geriatric population. He has a background in emergency medicine as an EMT, missionary outreach in South East Asia and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

Chelsea McCoy , OTR/L, CHT

Chelsea received a master's degree in occupational therapy at Rockhurst University in 2016 and bachelor's degree in psychology at Rockhurst University in 2014. She became a certified hand therapist in 2020 and has worked in predominantly outpatient therapy. Chelsea is certified in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and trigger point dry needling. Chelsea enjoys spending time with her family and friends, drawing and painting.

Nicole Anderson , OTR, CKTP

Nicole is energetic and has an approachable personality. She always knew that she wanted to help people even from a young age. She got her bachelor's degree in psychology and later her master's degree in occupational therapy from Rockhurst University 2020. She enjoys treating and meeting new people from all backgrounds. She treats a variety of upper extremity (UE) diagnoses, both surgical and non-surgical. Her clinical interests are splinting, fractures, workers comp, nerve repair/transfer, pediatric ortho, UE sports rehab, cuff repairs, amputations and tendon repairs. She is currently working towards her hand therapy certification. In her spare time she enjoys being outside, spending time with her family and painting.

Scott Kavanaugh, P.T., COMT, Dry Needling Level 1

Scott graduated from Rockhurst University with a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1991. He has been practicing outpatient orthopedics for 31 years with a great deal of experience in spine therapy. He completed training for and received his orthopedic manual therapy certification through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2009 and became trained in trigger point dry needling in February of 2020. Scott enjoys scuba diving, kayaking and spending time with his wife and kids.
