Our Team
Beth Lewis, P.T., DPT, COMT, Center Manager
Beth is the center manager and a treating physical therapist in Mid-Missouri. From Hartville, Beth brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. Beth enjoys treating patients of all kinds, and has a passion for using manual therapy in addition to therapeutic exercise. She enjoys staying active by exercising and playing pickleball. She also enjoys watching Mizzou sports and traveling.
Lisa Stankey, P.T., MPT, COMT
Lisa is originally from St Louis, MO. She has worked for Select since 2008 immediately after receiving a Masters in Physical Therapy from Maryville University. Lisa enjoys treating a variety patients, including operative and non-operative injuries and workers compensation injuries. She enjoys reading and watching her kids play soccer and taekwondo.
Amber McDonald, P.T., DPT
Amber brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Hallsville, MO and has been an active member in the Hallsville and Columbia communities for many years. Amber enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in vestibular and concussion therapy, manual therapy and interested in women's health.

Community Involvement
Select Physical Therapy's Columbia-West center is partnering with the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri to sponsor a food and personal care drive and collecting non-perishable food and personal care items to benefit those in need in the area. The drive will be October 24, 2024-December 3, 2024.
