Our Team

Josh Montague, P.T., CSC, COMT

Josh is a board certified sports specialist and certified orthopedic manual therapist. He enjoys treating all sport related injuries, work related injuries and general orthopedic conditions. Josh is trained in running analysis and athletic movement index and blood flow restriction technologies which help to reduce injury risk in athletes.

Angela Mullen, Patient Service Specialist

Angela began her journey with Select Physical Therapy in May 2017. Her position as a patient service specialist is rewarding, as she enjoys getting to know patients and being part of making their experience a positive one. Angela is married and has two grown sons. Her favorite activities include swimming and traveling.

Kyle Armstrong

Kyle Armstrong started noticing some hamstring and knee issues. The pain increased and impacted his athletic performance, so he turned to our Select Sports Center of Excellence. As a professional soccer referee, maintaining exceptional fitness is essential for Kyle. Kyle's number one goal was to be able to sprint at top speed. So, Physical Therapist Josh Montague developed a plan to help him reach that goal. After three weeks of regular appointments, they started a progression track to help Kyle sprint. "Josh took a vested interest in helping me achieve my goals," said Kyle. "His thorough breakdown and explanation of the exercises and their purpose had me feeling more invested and empowered to push myself compared to other treatments I've received in the past." Kyle is building on Josh's foundation to continue his training. He now feels stronger than ever, back on the field doing what he loves!

Barbara Schrader

Pain from car accidents and other injuries plagued Barbara Schrader for over two decades. Barbara had a variety of diagnosed issues that affected multiple body parts, such as her head, neck, and leg pain, and vestibular system dysfunction. Physical Therapist Josh Montague tailored a program that would address Barbara's issues. This program included challenging work at the center along with a solid home exercise program. The payoff for hard work became evident quickly. Slowly but surely, her symptoms abated with physical therapy as she reached multiple goals. "I've got other illnesses, but existing without leg and neck pain, save an occasional flair-up, is heaven," Barbara said. "From the very beginning I was met with greetings that held warmth, kindness, compassion, empathy and belief in my pain experience," she shared. We are so glad to hear of your wins, Barbara.
