Josh was born and raised in Kearney, NE. He received his undergraduate degree in athletic training from the University of Nebraska - Kearney and doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He completed the Select Medical orthopedic residency program in 2018. In 2019, he became a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. He helps to mentor physical therapy residents as a faculty member in the Select Medical orthopedic residency program. Josh is passionate about being a physical therapist and believes strongly in the healing power of patient education and exercise. He values the connection formed with patients, and considers working together as a team the most important aspect of patient care and creating an exceptional experience.

Carlin was born and raised in Kansas City. She was a competitive gymnast growing up. She quickly learned the value of physical therapy after recovering from two knee surgeries while in high school. Carlin graduated from the University of Missouri and is an avid Tiger fan. She furthered her education at SBU where she earned a doctorate of physical therapy. Carlin loves having the opportunity to come to work every day and connect with different people. Working together to overcome obstacles is one of her favorite parts of being a physical therapist. She believes is an opportunity to help somebody improve. She enjoys spending time with her Bernedoodle Clyde and loves watching Kansas City sports, especially the Chiefs.
