Cynthia Piasta, OTR/L, CHT
Cynthia brings a whole person approach to patient care that is focused on helping people get back to activities they find meaningful. She has worked as an occupational therapist since 2006. She spent her early career specializing in neurologic conditions. In the last six years, she has focused on those with lymphedema and oncological needs. She is passionate about providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
Andrea Perkins, COTA, CLT
Andrea is a certified lymphedema therapist with a background in occupational therapy since 1997. She is a highly motivated and specialized clinician providing effective treatment with a history of positive results. She is passionate about helping individuals regain independence and well-being in their lives. She has experience working in many settings, including subacute rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab hospital, home health and outpatient care.
Celeste Lotz, P.T., DPT
Celeste is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Asheville and Marion outpatient locations. She enjoys treating a variety of patients spanning all ages; ranging from general aches and pains, post-operative rehabilitation, to athletes young and old.
Gabe Smiley, OTR / L
Gabe is an occupational therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Asheville outpatient center. He has a special interest in hand therapy and is on track to receive his certified hand therapist license. He has experience in post-op splinting including thumb spica, wrist cock-up, long arm, ulnar/radial gutter and resting hand. He is comfortable following standard Indiana protocols as well as communicating with referring providers to follow specific protocols and create specific custom splints.
