Success Stories

Jackie Colborn

Jackie Colborn enjoys playing with her kids, volunteering her time at an animal shelter and walking her dogs. Unfortunately, she developed severe hip pain that prevented her from doing what she loves. After a failed hip injection, Jackie sought the physical therapy to help her get back to life. "The hip pain made walking the dogs impossible," she said. "For me, the most important thing was to be able to take my kids out to play and walk the dogs again." It was her work with Physical Therapist John Buczkowski that helped her turn a corner. John designed a program to meet Jackie's needs. He also ensured he answered all of Jackie's questions and outlined her home exercise program. "John was amazing. He was encouraging, supportive and professional," she said. "I'm still in therapy but have reached enough goals to play with the kids and walk the dogs."
