Our Team

Michelle Sapsara, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT

Michelle is the center manager and physical therapist at our Wake Forest Road center. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from West Virginia University. She served as an officer and physical therapist in the United States Air Force for six years. In 2005, she earned certification as an orthopedic manual therapist and doctorate of physical therapy from Ola Grimsby Institute. In addition, she has completed post-professional education in biofeedback, trigger point dry needling and vestibular and concussion rehab. Michelle earned accreditation as an orthopedic certified specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2009. She completed a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2014 and Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. She is a level three certified dry needling therapist. She also provides physical therapy service for the Raleigh Flyers and Raleigh Radiance.

Paige Cox, PTA

Paige has been a licensed physical therapist assistant since graduating from Medical College of Georgia in 1984. She has had extensive experience with multiple diagnoses in multiple settings. She enjoys working with clients with orthopaedic and neurologic diagnoses. In 2018, Paige attended several continuing education courses including, TMJ dysfunction, Select Medical concussion initiative, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and work conditioning. Paige's greatest satisfaction comes from helping clients return to their best quality of life.
