Our Team

Dustin Clow, P.T., DPT

Dustin is the center manager at the Coronado location. Dustin earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Chapman University in 2013 and American Physical Therapy Association certificate of competency in 2017 in vestibular rehabilitation. He grew up in San Diego county and moved to Las Vegas in 2014. Dustin enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has treating expertise in vestibular, concussion rehabilitation and sports medicine. He is the coordinator for the vestibular and concussion program for Select Physical Therapy's Las Vegas market.

Michelle Campbell, P.T., DPT, CLT

Michelle earned a bachelors degree in exercise physiology in 2001 from Ohio University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2005 from Regis University. She is a certified manual lymph drainage and combined decongestive therapy which was earned from the Dr. Vodder School of North America in 2006. She was born and raised in Columbus, OH and lived in Colorado for six years before moving to Henderson in 2007. Michelle is specialized in treating oncology and lymphedema patients and has a passion for promoting their quality of life throughout their treatment journey.

Patrick Williams, P.T., DPT

Patrick earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Nevada. He also earned certification in trigger point dry needling. Patrick was born in Seal Beach, CA but grew up in Henderson, NV. He enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, orthopedics and dry needling. Patrick also enjoys treating runners to keep them healthy and back on the roads.

Antoinette Gagliard, P.T., DPT

Antoinette earned a bachelor's degree in biology and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Rhode Island. Antoinette specializes in the treatment of pelvic floor disorders, which may include dyspareunia, vaginismus, incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain and more. Antoinette hopes to continue her learning and expand her skills in oncology rehabilitation and obstetrics. She also has experience in orthopedics and geriatric physical therapy.

Jamie Roberts, PTA

Jamie earned an associate's degree in the physical therapy assistant program in 2013 from Remington College. She approaches therapy with a fun nature to get patients through the hard work and make therapy enjoyable.

Nicole Riley, P.T., DPT

Nicole earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiological studies and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Nevada. She was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves spending time with her husband and son. The daughter of a midwife, Nicole has a passion for promoting wellness for all women and is experienced in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care.

Tiffany Conway, P.T., DPT, AIB-VR

Tiffany earned a bachelor's degree in clinical health studies in 2016 and doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from Ithaca College. She earned a certificate in vestibular rehabilitation in 2019 from American Institute of Balance. Tiffany enjoys coming up with creative exercises and activities to help patients maximize their potential. Tiffany is excited to be part of the outpatient neuro team and is looking forward to expanding the program.

Megan DeMott, O.T., MSOT

Megan earned a bachelor in psychology and allied health from Otterbein University in 2016 and went onto to earn a master’s of occupational therapy from Davenport University in 2018. She is also a neurological fellow graduate from Ohio State University in 2020 as well as being a registered yoga instructor. Megan brings her optimism and neurological experience to the Coronado team. She loves implementing activity-based therapies in meaningful and engaging ways. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at Adaptive Sports (wheelchair rugby, wheelchair basketball, sled hockey and adaptive cycling).

Lassie Ortega-Gonzalez, OTR/L, MSOT

Lassie earned a bachelors of science in kinesiology/psychology from UNLV in 2016 and went on to earn a masters of science in occupational therapy from Touro University in 2019. She specializes in treatment of neurological disorders including stroke, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's and more. Lassie looks forward to widening her knowledge in all areas involving brain functions and evidence based treatments addressing disability and return to function.

Angela Rozsa, M.S., CCC-SLP

Angela earned a bachelor of arts in communication and sciences and disorders from Ohio State University in 2001 and went on to earn a master of speech language pathology from Florida State University in 2003. Angela has a love of learning and teamwork is her strongest asset. She prides herself on being patient-centered and guiding her practice with the most up to date research. Angela considers herself an integrative practitioner, blending research on nutrition, exercise, breath work, mindfulness and yoga into her practice.
