Our Team

Dustin Clow, P.T., DPT

Dustin is the center manager at the Coronado location. Dustin earned a doctorate of physical therapy from Chapman University in 2013 and American Physical Therapy Association certificate of competency in 2017 in vestibular rehabilitation. He grew up in San Diego county and moved to Las Vegas in 2014. Dustin enjoys treating patients of all kinds and has treating expertise in vestibular, concussion rehabilitation and sports medicine. He is the coordinator for the vestibular and concussion program for Select Physical Therapy's Las Vegas market.

Michelle Campbell, P.T., DPT, CLT

Michelle earned a bachelors degree in exercise physiology in 2001 from Ohio University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2005 from Regis University. She is a certified manual lymph drainage and combined decongestive therapy which was earned from the Dr. Vodder School of North America in 2006. She was born and raised in Columbus, OH and lived in Colorado for six years before moving to Henderson in 2007. Michelle is specialized in treating oncology and lymphedema patients and has a passion for promoting their quality of life throughout their treatment journey.

Patrick Williams, P.T., DPT

Patrick earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Nevada. He also earned certification in trigger point dry needling. Patrick was born in Seal Beach, CA but grew up in Henderson, NV. He enjoys treating patients of all kinds and is experienced in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, orthopedics and dry needling. Patrick also enjoys treating runners to keep them healthy and back on the roads.

Jamie Roberts, PTA

Jamie earned an associate's degree in the physical therapy assistant program in 2013 from Remington College. She approaches therapy with a fun nature to get patients through the hard work and make therapy enjoyable.

Nicole Riley, P.T., DPT

Nicole earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiological studies and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Nevada. She was born and raised in Las Vegas and loves spending time with her husband and son. The daughter of a midwife, Nicole has a passion for promoting wellness for all women and is experienced in pelvic floor rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum care.

Douglas Eck, P.T., DPT, MHI

Doug earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2013 from Seginaw Valley State University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 from Virginia Commonwealth University. Doug completed a post-doctoral neurologic residency from 2016-2017 at The Ohio State University. He also earned a master's degree in health care innovation in 2020 from The Ohio State University. Doug is a board certified neurologic clinical specialist. He is dedicated to empowering patients by removing barriers, building community and optimizing movement for individuals of all abilities.

Megan DeMott, O.T., MSOT

Megan earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and allied health in 2016 from Otterbein University and master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2018 from Davenport University. She is also a neurological fellow graduate from Ohio State University in 2020 and registered yoga instructor. Megan brings optimism and neurological experience to the Coronado team. She loves implementing activity-based therapies in meaningful and engaging ways. She enjoys volunteering at adaptive sports, including wheelchair rugby, wheelchair basketball, sled hockey and cycling.

Victor Hung, P.T., DPT

Victor earned a bachelor's degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior in 2014 from The University of California, Davis and doctorate of physical therapy in 2020 from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He offers creative and effective treatments to help patients optimize their function and reach their goals. Victor enjoys treating patients of all kinds and specializes in working with neurological conditions.

Allison Moore, MSOT, OTR/L

Allison earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2017 from Iowa State University and master's degree in occupational therapy in 2019 from A.T. Still University. While in school, Allison discovered a passion for stroke recovery during her inpatient rehabilitation rotation. She enjoys collaborating with patients to create an individualized plan of care that emphasizes meaningful activities.

Angela Rozsa, M.S., CCC-SLP

Angie earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders in 2001 from The Ohio State University and master's degree in speech-language pathology in 2003 from Florida State University. Angie is a certified VitalStim provider from 2003 to present. She is certified McNeil Dysphagia Therapy, MBS, IMP, SPEAK OUT! for Parkinson's and yoga instructor RYT-200 since 2015. Angie considers herself an integrative practitioner, blending research on nutrition, exercise, breath work, mindfulness and yoga into her practice.
