Our Team

Ashley Scott, PTA

Ashley is the site supervisor at the pediatric location. She earned a bachelor's degree in dance in 2005 from the University of Arizona and an associate's degree in the physical therapy assistant program in 2017 from the College of Southern Nevada. Ashley also earned a certification as a certified physical therapy instructor. She believes there is nothing more rewarding than working with kids, maximizing their independence with functional mobility and watching them grow. Ashley has worked with children as young as 6 weeks old all the way up to 20 years of age and with diagnosis such as torticollis, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, idiopathic toe walking, developmental delay, autism, etc. Ashley's goal is to create a center culture with a multidisciplinary approach that allows children with disabilities and families to succeed in life.

Jenna Weinkauf, P.T., DPT

Jenna earned a bachelor's degree in biology, associate's degree in chemistry and doctorate of physical therapy in 2017 form Touro University Nevada. Jenna has a passion for improving children's developmental skills. She loves the fun and variety that working with children brings to the field of physical therapy. Jenna has past experience in pediatric early intervention and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. She volunteers her time monthly at the Muscular Dystrophy Association clinic.

Marifloyd Wright, MHS, CCC-SLP

Marifloyd earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in child development from Vanderbilt University and master's degree from the University of Missouri. Additionally, she is a LEND graduate, 2018-2019. Marifloyd has worked with the pediatric and adult populations with a variety of disorders. In the pediatric population, she has worked with children who have deficits in articulation, language, cognition, reading and pragmatics; stuttering; autism; apraxia; voice disorders; feeding and eating difficulties. Marifloyd's experience includes working in centers in Columbia, MO; Ft. Myers, FL; San Diego, CA; Shanghai and Beijing, China; and Las Vegas. While working in Shanghai, she worked with a pediatric population in clinical, school and hospital settings and wrote best practice guidelines for Olivia's Place and the Chinese government on speech-language topics. Marifloyd has training in the Lidcombe Program, PROMPT, Reading with TLC, Beckman Oral Motor Technique and Interactive Metronome.

Anna Low, P.T., DPT

Anna earned a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 form Touro University. She is also a certified clinical instructor. Anna enjoys treating kids of all ages and abilities, but has a background with kids under three years old with significant developmental delay. She loves the fast-paced and positive atmosphere of working in pediatrics and the joy it brings to the kids and their families as they reach their goals.

Colleen Bye, DOT, OTR/L

Colleen earned a bachelor's degree in human physiology and doctorate of occupational therapy in 2019 from Creighton University. She is also certified in the interactive metronome. Colleen has attended continuing educational classes and conducted research including advancement in sensory integration, case study on effects of interactive metronome on autism and retrospective study on interprofessional practice and sensory based strategies. She is proud to care for children and have the opportunity to help promote their healthy futures.

Kaitlin Mount, COTA/L

Kaitlin earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern Illinois University - Carbondale and associate's degree in occupational therapy from Keiser University. Her educational and professional careers are reflective of the life she was given and the unique experiences that came along with it, as occupational therapy has had a positive presence in her life since childhood - helping her acknowledge her strengths needed to overcome any deficits to achieve her greatest level of independence. Her passion for the field is driven by the hope that she could have a similar impact, big or small, on the children she interacts with in the center.

Sasha Wang, MOT, OTR/L

Sasha earned a bachelor's degree in cognitive science and a minor in interdisciplinary studies of early childhood from the University of California, Berkeley. She also earned a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2015 from Samuel Merritt University. Sasha respectfully engages with children and families to build strong working relationships. She believes in the importance of strengthening and integrating key foundational sensory systems (vestibular, proprioceptive, visual, auditory and tactile) to empower children as they learn and grow.

Andrea Parry, M.S., CF-SLP

Andrea earned a bachelor's degree in speech and hearing sciences in 2014 from Arizona State University and master's degree in speech language pathology in 2019 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She also received a CPR AED. Andrea has had experience with the pediatric population in an outpatient clinic in Utah as well as on the Craniofacial Anomalies team at a children's hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She loves seeing how children learn to effectively communicate and how it effects their lives and the lives of their families.

Douglas Eck, P.T., DPT, MHI

Doug earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2013 from Saginaw Valley State University, doctorate of physical therapy in 2016 from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a post-doctoral Neurologic Residency in 2017 from Ohio State University. Additionally, received a master's degree in health care innovation in 2020 from Ohio State University. Doug brings extensive neurologic rehabilitation experience to our outpatient neuro team. He is dedicated to empowering patients by removing barriers, building community and optimizing movement for individuals of all abilities. Doug enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, boating and travelling. He regularly presents at state and national conferences and is passionate about inclusive/adapted sports and volunteering in the community.

Victor Hung, P.T., DPT

Victor earned a bachelor's degree in neurobiology, physiology and behavior in 2014 from the University of California, Davis and doctorate of physical therapy in 2020 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Victor is part of our neuro team and offers creative and effective treatments to help patients optimize their function and reach their goals. He enjoys archery, cycling, rock climbing, hiking and playing video games. He also enjoys camping and backpacking, especially when alpine lakes and rivers are involved.

Allison Moore, OTR/L, MSOT

Allison earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2017 from Iowa State University and master's degree in occupational therapy in 2019 from A.T. Still University. She has completed training in pelvic floor health and prosthetic training. Allison is part of our neuro team and discovered a passion for stroke recovery during her inpatient rehabilitation rotation leading to continued treatment with Dignity Health Outpatient Neuro Team. Allison also specializes in neuro pelvic floor to promote bladder and bowel health. She enjoys painting, hiking, brunches and snowboarding. Allison appreciates traveling and practices conversational Spanish.

Angela Rosza, M.S., CCC-SLP

Angie earned a bachelor's degree in communication sciences and disorders in 2001 from Ohio State University and master's degree in speech-language pathology in 2003 from Florida State University. She earned certifications for VitalStim; McNeil Dysphagia Therapy, MBS-IMP; SPEAK OUT! for Parkinson's and as a yoga instructor RYT-200. Angie is part of our neuro team and considers herself an integrative practitioner, blending research on nutrition, exercise, breath work, mindfulness and yoga into her practice.

Julia Goodwin, P.T., DPT

Julia earned a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology and doctorate of physical therapy from Ohio State University. She also completed a Neurologic Residency from Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Julia has a particular interest in Parkinson's disease, spinal cord and brain injury.

Megan DeMott, MSOT, OTR/L

Megan earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and allied health in 2016 from Otterbein University and master's degree in occupational therapy in 2018 from Davenport University. She is a Neurological Fellow Graduate from Ohio State University. Megan is also a registered yoga instructor. She is driven to improve her patients' independence in their daily lives through enhancing their upper extremity performance, educating on adaptive equipment and providing meaningful avenues to re-integrate into the community. Megan enjoys volunteering at Adaptive Sports Clubs for wheelchair rugby, basketball and sled hockey.

Ralph Meckstroth, MSOT, OTR/L

Ralph earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2016 from Central Michigan University and master's degree in occupational therapy in 2020 from the University of New England. He completed a Neurologic Fellowship in 2021 from Ohio State University. Ralph is committed to providing patients with the best opportunities to be successful in the activities in which they desire.
