Tracy has specialized in the field of hand rehabilitation for more than 20 years. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a degree in exercise and sports science and from University of Oklahoma with a degree in occupational therapy. In 2022, Tracy earned her doctorate of occupational therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Her dedication to a high-level of clinical excellence continues and she earned hand specialty certification from the hand therapy certification commission. She strives to provide the highest level of care for patients with upper extremity injuries. Tracy also serves as adjunct professor in the school of occupational therapy at the University of Oklahoma educating future occupational therapists in management of upper extremity injuries. She likes spending time with her husband, Leo, and her three daughters, Audrey, Lia and Jayna.

Shelly started her career with Select Physical Therapy's hand team in 2014. She graduated from Oklahoma City Community College in 1996 from the occupational therapy assistant program. Shelly has also worked in multiple settings throughout her years as a therapist working contracts. Shelly and her family enjoy the outdoors and family gatherings.
