Our Team

Kendall Choate , P.T., DPT

Kendall was born in Ft. Worth, Texas and lived there for the majority of his childhood. His family moved to Oklahoma City where he attended Putnam City North High school. He attended Oklahoma State University for his undergraduate studies where he worked with several of the Division 1 sports teams in Stillwater, specifically the men's basketball team during his senior year. He then went on to earn his doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2014. While in school, he met his future wife, Kasey, who was working towards her degree as a registered nurse. Kendall lives in north Edmond and he enjoys spending time with his son, Kamsin (born October 2017) and daughter, Kendi (born August 2021), working out, watching sports and participating in activities at Crossing Community Church.

Jennifer Frias, OTA

Jennifer has been an occupational therapy assistant since August 2016 and worked in several settings, including home health, skilled nursing, pediatrics and hand therapy. Jennifer has a passion to help others when in need, which has guided her to work in the medical field. Jennifer is an Army spouse of 21 years and her husband retired from the Army in August 2019. Jennifer has lived in and visited several countries and states throughout her life but decided to plant her roots here in Oklahoma. Jennifer has two loving, happy, crazy, dogs named Chum-lee and Aurora as well as two incredible children named Skylar and Orion, who now have careers in the Air Force and welding. Her family loves to be outdoors spending time exploring beautiful lakes and going to concerts on summer nights.

Brooke Conkin, P.T., DPT

Brooke was born and raised in Wisconsin, where she earned a bachelor's degree in biology from Wisconsin Lutheran College and doctorate of physical therapy from Carroll University. She moved to Oklahoma in 2011, which is when she began working at Select Physical Therapy. She has completed additional training in pelvic health physical therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. She has more than 10 years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction. She lives in Edmond with her husband and two children.

Andrea Goad , OTL, CHT

Andrea grew up in the small town of Chelsea, OK, where was active in both sports and band. She was one of three salutatorians of her graduating class, as well as the Drum Majorette. Andrea grew up with two brothers and a sister, with her oldest brother being a quadriplegic. Her brother is her core inspiration for wanting to work in the medical field. Andrea is a strong advocate for cancer research after her husband lost his battle with the disease. Andrea enjoys running, sailing her Sunfish and traveling.

Kohl Francis , PTA

Kohl was born in Oklahoma City Oklahoma and grew up in Piedmont, OK. He participated in football, baseball and wrestling and was the captain of his high school football team his senior year. He received an associate degree in physical therapy assistant from Oklahoma City Community College. Kohl lives in Moore, OK with his German Shepherd named Kaiser. His hobbies include swimming, working out, playing and watching sports and being outside.
