Jake brings a friendly demeanor with a kind and patient personality to the patients he treats. He was born and raised in Seminole, Oklahoma where he enjoyed playing sports and developed a love of the outdoors. Jake enjoys treating patients from 9-99 years old, and knows how to brighten your day with a joke or a smile. He is experienced in treating patients who benefit from general strength conditioning, trigger point dry needling, gait training, surgical rehabilitation, concussion rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopedic diagnoses and sports medicine. Jake is married to his wife, Shalyn, and lives in NW Oklahoma City with their daughter, Libby, and son, Brody.

Chelsey was raised and attended high school in a small town in Missouri. She graduated from Missouri Southern State University with a bachelor's degree in biology. She received an associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Oklahoma City Community College. She has worked in many settings and enjoys treating people of all ages and with various conditions. She is passionate about seeing people return to the things they love doing and becoming more independent in their every day lives. She enjoys vacationing at the beach or in the mountains with her husband and daughter, going to concerts and spending time with friends, family and three dogs.
