Our Team

Brian Booths, DPT, ATC

Brian is the center manager at our Walnut Bottom center in Carlisle. Brian received a bachelor's degree in athletic training in 1999 from Slippery Rock University and doctorate in physical therapy in 2008 from Neumann University. He has been a board certified athletic trainer in the state of Pennsylvania since 1996. Brian has experience treating a wide array of conditions, including joint replacements, neurologic, chronic pain and sports-related injuries.Brian is also certified in LSVT BIG to help treat Parkinson's disease. Brian and his wife Deanna are kept busy with their two kids Andrew and Ashleigh and enjoy running, swimming, cycling, soccer, lacrosse, boating and skiing.

Jenna Deppen, CCC-SLP

Jenna is a speech-language pathologist at our Walnut Bottom center. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communicative disorders and minor in deaf studies in 2016 from West Chester University and master's degree in communication disorders in 2018 from California University of PA, both with honors. Jenna lives in New Cumberland and enjoys spending time outdoors. She likes to hike, crochet and is a Penn State football fan. In the summer, she spends time on the lake kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding.

Matthew Kase, P.T.

Matthew Kase brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He is extremely excited to be back seeing patients in the Carlisle area. He has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries such as spine and shoulder pain, post-surgical conditions, including total hip and knee replacements, rotator cuff repairs and vestibular disorders including types of vertigo and concussions.

Paige Szarowski, OTR/L

Paige is an occupational therapist here at our Walnut Bottom center. She earned a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and master’s in occupational therapy from Messiah University. She has clinical experience in multiple settings including inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, school-based and outpatient rehabilitation. Paige prioritizes making her patients feel comfortable and excited for therapy. In her spare time, Paige enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, camping, listening to music and playing volleyball. She also enjoys following Penn State Football and the Buffalo Bills.

Pam Shank, P.T., CHT

Pam has been with Select Physical Therapy since June 2021. She works at the Fredricksen center in Mechanicsburg and the Walnut Bottom center in Carlisle. Pam enjoys making custom orthoses and working with trauma and general orthopedic hand therapy. Problem solving through therapy to help improve function is her favorite part of hand therapy. In her spare time, Pam likes to read, take walks, tandem sky dive, kayak and zip line.
