Community
Our center is pleased to offer patients access to our specialized CoreVia Pelvic Health program. CoreVia provides care - and relief - to men, women and children who experience pelvic floor dysfunction. Our highly skilled pelvic health physical therapists will help you feel your best.
Jennifer Smith, P.T., DPT
Jen has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020. She has worked in the outpatient, inpatient and home health settings. Jen specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, concussion rehabilitation, pediatric physical therapy and pelvic floor physical therapy. Jen completed her education at University of Sciences receiving a doctorate of physical therapy. She also has certification in completing instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She and her husband have a son, and they enjoy golfing and attending Penn State football games.
Kelly Williams, M.S, CCC-SLP
Kelly has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. She has worked in the outpatient, home health and subacute rehabilitation settings. Kelly specializes in treating patients who with developmental delays, dysphagia, post-traumatic brain injury and stroke rehabilitation. Kelly completed her undergraduate and graduate education at Misericordia University.
Lauren walker, O.T.
Lauren has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2023. Lauren has clinical experience in neuro outpatient, early intervention, hippotherapy rehabilitation, home-health and community settings. She has a specific interest in neurologic rehabilitation for stroke patients. Lauren completed her doctorate of occupational therapy from Towson University. Lauren and her husband enjoy traveling and outdoor adventures.
Heather Wagner, PTA
Heather has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since July 2023. She worked previously in an outpatient setting, and enjoys treating patients who need orthopedic, vestibular and pelvic health therapy. Heather completed her education at Central Penn College in 2018, receiving licensure as a physical therapist assistant. She enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling with her husband and two boys.
