Our Team

Ron Papson, P.T.

Ron has been a physical therapy provider in Lancaster County for more than 30 years. He has treated athletes of all ages from various sports. He has special interest in treating runners and patients with lower extremity bio-mechanical problems with exercise and foot orthotic management. Additionally, he treats many post-operative spine and total joint patients. He received a doctorate in physical therapy from Widener University.

Darci Russell, PTA

Darci is a licensed physical therapist assistant. She has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2015. She graduated from the physical therapist assistant at Stark State College and holds a master’s degree in dance and movement therapy from Columbia College. Darci enjoys treating a wide variety of patients, especially dancers and the geriatric population.

Karen MacDonald, OTR/L

Karen was born and raised in Lancaster County, PA. She grew up playing basketball, softball and soccer. She is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists, the Melanoma Research Foundation and MADD. Karen specializes in treating individuals with conditions affecting the upper limb. Using her specialized skills in assessment, planning and treatment, Karen achieves measurable success in the treatment of the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder.

Sheree Myers, COTA/L, CLT

Sheree joined the Select Physical Therapy team as a licensed occupational therapy assistant in 2017. Prior to that, she worked in a rehabilitation hospital with a focus on individuals with neurological impairments. Sheree graduated from Slippery Rock University with a bachelor's degree in exercises and a master's degree in adapted physical activity. Later on, she pursued her career in occupational therapy, graduating from Central Penn College. Additionally, Sheree also recently completed training to begin working as a certified lymphedema therapist with our ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Sheree enjoys treating all populations and finding ways for them to return to their recreational activities or careers. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, strength training and attending concerts.

Lindsey Kerlin, DPT, Pelvic Health Therapist

A Lancaster County native, Lindsey earned a bachelor's degree in rehabilitation science in 2010 at the University of Pittsburgh and doctorate of physical therapy in 2013 from Slippery Rock University. Lindsey has spent the last seven years working in an outpatient orthopedic setting, joining Select Physical Therapy in 2017. A mother of two boys, she is empathetic to the bodily changes that new mother’s face postpartum and this is what led her to become interested in pelvic floor therapy. She treats all aspects of pelvic floor dysfunction, and works to improve the lives of the people affected by them.

Jonathan Weaver, PTA

After graduating from Liberty University with a bachelor's degree in multidisciplinary studies, Jonathan pursued an associate's degree as a physical therapy assistant from Harcum College. Jonathan loves working with patients in the water and has spent the majority of his career treating in aquatics. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

Lee Paglia, P.T., MSPT, Market Manager

Lee has been working with Select's outpatient division for the last 24 years. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Scranton with a master's degree in physical therapy. He is the market manager overseeing operations for centers in Lancaster, Lebanon and York Counties. Lee has a passion for treating balance and vestibular patients. In his spare time, you can find him adventuring with his wife, three sons and their new puppy.
