Our Team

Katelyn Stoltz, P.T., DPT, Patient Care Manager

Katelyn is a motivated physical therapist who is excited about delivering quality and evidence-based physical therapy to the Lebanon area. A Lancaster County native, she now resides in Quentin with her husband Matthew. She is a proud graduate of the Lebanon Valley College physical therapy program. Katelyn cares for a broad range of physical therapy patients and conditions. She has training in pre- and post-operative management of orthopaedic conditions. She takes an active approach to health and fitness and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She looks forward to making a personal connection with her patients and helping them on their road to recovery.

Pamela S. Brunken, OTR/L, CHT

Pamela has been practicing occupational therapy for more than 20 years and certified as a hand therapist since 2005. She has had the privilege of working with world-renowned physicians in the hand surgery field. Her specialized treatments include manual therapy techniques and custom splint fabrication. Pamela enjoys spending time with her family in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania and gardening. She loves animals, especially miniature dachshunds.

Sierra Blackenhorn, PTA

Sierra graduated from Penn State Hazleton’s physical therapy assistant program in August 2017. She has been a team member with Select Physical Therapy since early 2018. Sierra has a background treating general orthopaedic injuries and enjoys working on getting her patients back to their daily activities pain-free. When not at work, she enjoys spending her time outdoors kayaking and volunteering at mud runs and other race events.
