Our Team

Tressa Thomas, DPT

Tressa earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2010 and bachelor's degree in exercise science in 2008 from Slippery Rock University. She has achieved success in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries such as back, shoulder and knee pain as well as vertigo and overall balance/conditioning programs. She is the market manager for 11 Select Physical Therapy centers on the West Shore. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is an avid Penguin fan. Tressa grew up playing basketball, fast-pitch softball and participating in jazz dance. Since moving to central PA, she played kickball for the Kickball League of Pennsylvania and won first place for two seasons. Tressa lives in Mechanicsburg with her husband Jamie and her two “Chi-Poos” named Jazzy and Bella.
