Colleen is a board certified clinical specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. Colleen earned her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Toronto, Canada, and went on to complete her orthopedic clinical specialist certification (OCS) from the American board of physical therapy specialties. She has achieved superb outcomes in the treatment of all types of orthopedic injuries, including but not limited to back, neck, shoulder, knee, foot/ankle, total joint replacements, ACL reconstruction and all types of fractures. Colleen is also certified to complete functional capacity evaluations and regularly treats industrial rehabilitation patients. She is certified in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management and the treatment of post-COVID patients through Select Medical's recovery and reconditioning program.

Julie is specialized in the treatment of neurological disorders and is an adjunct faculty member at Horry-Georgetown Technical College for the physical therapist assistant program. Julie earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia and a master's degree in physical therapy from Columbia University. She has completed numerous continuing education courses regarding topics related to neurological disorders and provides outpatient physical therapy care for vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, Parkinson's disease, stroke patients and balance and fall prevention for older populations. Julie is also certified to treat post-COVID patients through Select Medical's recovery and reconditioning program.

Stevie is a physical therapist assistant for Select Physical Therapy's Myrtle Beach center. He received a bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from Coastal Carolina University and associate's degree in physical therapy assistance. Stevie's clinical interests include orthopedic manual therapy, kinesio taping, running injuries and advanced lower extremity biomechanics. He has advanced his clinical skills by receiving certification in manual therapy and exercise approach to upper cervical and temporomandibular disorders.
