Our Team

Margarita C. Cartaya, Patient Service Specialist

Maggie has been a patient service specialist for Select Physical Therapy for many years and currently works in our Okatie center. She was born in Miami, Florida and raised in Puerto Rico. She is fluent in English and Spanish and worked previously in the field of psychiatry for four years before moving to Bluffton. Maggie graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in communications. She prides herself in her ability to help patients in a professional and cheerful manner. She strives to treat patients with the utmost respect in an effort to make their patient care experience positive.

Timothy Brandt, PTA

Timothy Brandt is a physical therapist assistant for Select Physical Therapy’s Okatie outpatient physical therapy center. Over the years, Tim has experienced success in treating spine disorders, including cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine, especially post operative spinal fusions. He has also completed numerous hours of post graduate continuing education courses with respect to disorders of the spine, hip, knee and shoulder girdle. With 16 years of experience, Tim has enjoyed treating clients with neurological disorders, general orthopedic and industrial rehabilitation.

Jennifer Parrish, DPT, ATC

Jennifer Parrish is a physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Okatie outpatient physical therapy center. Jennifer is experienced in orthopedic and sports related injuries, as well as industrial rehabilitation. She specializes in conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine, and management of work related injuries including post-offer employment testing, acute management of work injuries, work conditioning and functional capacity evaluations.

Cari Davison, P.T., DPT

Carianna is a senior physical therapist for Select Physical Therapy’s Okatie center. Carianna graduated in 2010 and has since developed strong clinical skills in assessing and treating patients with general orthopedic, geriatric, sports and work-related injuries and disorders. During her final year of graduate school, she had the opportunity to collaborate with other doctoral candidates in implementing a pro-bono community exercise group for persons with multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. She has gained extensive clinical knowledge working as a traveling physical therapist in a variety of settings, helping to treat patients with neurological re-education, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-operative joint replacement rehabilitation, prosthetic limb management and sport-specific training, among others.
