Diane Hale, OTR / L, CHT
Diane is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist for Select Physical Therapy's Rock Hill outpatient center. Diane has achieved success in evaluating and treating a variety of upper extremity disorders and injuries, including fractures, tendon and other soft tissue injuries, nerve disorders and injuries, arthritis, joint replacements, amputations and lymphedema.
Adam Stickley, P.T., DPT, Center Manager
Adam brings a high level of skill and years of experience in orthopedic rehabilitation to each patient he treats. He earned board certification in orthopedic physical therapy in 2009 and has a special interest in concussion rehabilitation and management.
Nancy Burton, MSPT, P.T.
Nancy brings a high level of experience, innovation and a caring personality to the patients she treats. Nancy enjoys treating patients of all kinds, and is experienced in spine rehab, general orthopedics, vestibular rehab, post-operative rehab, work conditioning and FCE's.
She was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio and has lived and practiced in Rock Hill since 1995.
