Dickson - Crestview

Tracy was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She attended Belmont University and received a bachelor's degree in exercise science. She played volleyball and softball in college and was an All-Conference Academic Athlete all four years. Tracy received a doctorate in physical therapy from Belmont University, and has practiced as a physical therapist since 2001. She relocated to the Dickson, TN market in 2004, with Healthsouth as the center manager. Select Medical acquired Healthsouth in 2007 and she became the center manager of Select Physical Therapy in Dickson at that time. Tracy's ultimate goal is a positive patient experience, with quality treatment and care that returns each patient to their highest level of pre-injury function.

Dennis began in health care since 1987, received his undergraduate degree in physical therapy from Tennessee State University in 1998 and doctorate in manual physical therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute, Utah in 2003. His certifications include manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR), dry needling, custom fitted orthotics and evaluations and Functional Standards Optimal Aging Expert.

Beth was raised in Fayetteville, Ark., and received a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Central Arkansas in 2006. Beth has worked in the orthopedic field for more than 10 years and has certification in personal training. Beth has treated a variety of orthopedic injuries including post-operative pain/dysfunction, soft tissue injuries, motor vehicle accidents and sports injuries. Beth has a passion for promoting overall health/wellness while increasing the quality of life for all patients.

Jacob is from Terre Haute, Ind. Jacob received a bachelor's and doctorate degree from Indiana State University. He has received clinical experience in a multitude of different clinical settings prior to joining the team including sports/athletics, orthopedics and sub-acute care. Jacob enjoys working with patients of all ages and demographics. He believes the success to positive patient outcomes is proper patient education and therapeutic movement. Jacob enjoys spending his free time with family, friends and being outdoors. He is a golf and sport fanatic.
