Our Team
Farrah Haley , P.T., MSPT, COMT, OCS
Farrah brings a high level of energy and personality to the patients she treats. She was born and raised in Bowling Green, KY and has been a physical therapist for 20 years. Farrah enjoys treating patients of all kinds. She is experienced in manual interventions and dry needling with a passion for treating chronic pain.
Cathy Byrd, P.T., Center Manager
Cathy has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021, with 21 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient setting and specializes in treating patients who benefit from orthopedic services, sports medicine services, functional capacity evaluations and work conditioning. Cathy completed her undergraduate education at Auburn University, master's degree in marriage and family counseling at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and master's degree in physical therapy from the University of Tennessee. Cathy enjoys traveling and gardening.
