Lauren has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018. She has worked in the outpatient physical therapy setting since graduation in 2010. Lauren specializes in pre/post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, gait dysfunction, fall prevention, geriatric rehabilitation, work conditioning, vestibular rehabilitation and performs functional capacity evaluations. Lauren completed her undergraduate degree in exercise science at Slippery Rock University and stayed there for graduate school to complete her doctorate of physical therapy. Lauren was a collegiate division II soccer player at Slippery Rock University and enjoys working with athletes in order to return them to the sports they love. Lauren enjoys getting to know her patients so she can better return them to their prior level of function and help them to reach their personal goals.

Gina has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2012. She has worked in outpatient, inpatient and home health settings. Gina specializes in treating patients who benefit from manual interventions, cupping, Kinesio taping, TMJ, gait/balance training, vestibular and orthopedic rehabilitation. She completed her associates degree of applied science at Northern Virginia Community College and received her license to practice as a physical therapist assistant. Gina is also a licensed massage therapist which she received in 2015 from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage.

Kylie has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. Kylie graduated in 2021 and has worked in the outpatient therapy setting since. She serves her patients with individualized care and excellence as each patient progresses through their plan of care and back to their normal functioning as pain free as possible. Kylie specializes in treating patients who benefit from pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, gait dysfunction, pediatric and geriatric rehabilitation, return to work programs, work conditioning, fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation and balance. She has completed her undergraduate education at West Virginia University and received her associates degree in physical therapy at ECPI University.
