Our Team

Kristen Lambert, P.T., DPT, Center Manager

Kristen graduated with her doctorate in physical therapy from Mary Baldwin University in 2018 and joined our team after completion of a clinical rotation at our center. She grew up in the Shenandoah Valley and enjoys giving back to those in the community of which she grew up. With a strong background in athletic training, she is eager to help rehabilitate and prevent athletic injuries and getting her patients ready to return to their sport. She possesses a passion for treating a variety of patient populations, including neurological and post-surgical conditions.

Awna Braithwaite, PTA

Awna is a graduate from Blue Ridge Community and Technical College whom decided to join our team after practicing in an acute care hospital for the last 3 years. She recently moved to the area from a small town of Keyser, WV where she was born and raised. She has been able to provide care in a wide range of diagnoses and post-op procedures, including but not limited to: knee/hip replacements, laminectomy, low back pain, geriatric deconditioning, lung diseases, global post-op fractures, strokes and heart conditions. She is excited to expand in her therapy skills, and progress in high functioning and demanding treatments offered in an outpatient setting.
