Our Team

Ruby Huang, OTR/L, CHT, Center Manager

Ruby has a passion for hand therapy and helping patients with upper extremity dysfunctions to return to functional daily life. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field, and received a master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California in 2003. She enjoys working with hand surgeons, plastic surgeons and orthopedic surgeons to treat people of all ages both pre and post-operatively. She excels at orthosis/splint fabrication. She is energetic, goal-oriented and empathetic. When not at work, she is busy with family and running a house as a mom of three. Ruby enjoys LEGO, coffee and candles. She is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin Chinese.

Yvonne Poon, P.T., DPT

Yvonne received a bachelor's degree in biology at University of California, San Diego in 2012 and doctorate of physical therapy at University of Lynchburg in 2016. She has gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of patient populations and settings including pediatrics, geriatrics, outpatient orthopedics, acute care and skilled nursing facility. She enjoys building a strong rapport with patients and designing exercise programs tailored to each individual. She is passionate about seeing patients regain their function and mobility so that they can return back to life. She enjoys hiking, Pilates, cooking and spending time with her family and golden doodle.

Caleigh Cox Rudenko, OTR/L, CHT, PAM, COMT

Caleigh is a California native (from small town Grass Valley in Nor Cal and San Diego), forever a beach girl at heart. She worked as a travel occupational therapist for four years in various settings and five years in hand therapy centers. Caleigh enjoys one-on-one time with patients, getting to know who they are beyond their injury, and is passionate about upper extremity rehabilitation needs and maximizing a patients return to maximal function.

Daniel Herrera Salais, OTR/L, CHT, PAM

Daniel is a native Spanish speaker with experience treating upper extremity conditions, including pre- and post-operative, as an occupational therapist. He has experience fabricating various types of custom splints to meet the needs of patients. Daniel enjoys listening and getting to know patients to build individualized treatment plans that maximize therapy goals. He has a passion for providing quality compassionate care to help patients recover their ability to use their hands in daily life.
