Our Team

Kellee Straub, P.T., DPT

Kellee was born in San Francisco and raised in Redwood City. She completed undergraduate studies at the University of Santa Barbara in 2011 and received a doctorate in physical therapy from University of Saint Augustine in 2018. Capable of working with a wide variety of patients and diagnoses, she particularly enjoys the challenges associated with sports-related injuries and orthopedic dysfunctions. Kellee is attending a two-year certified orthopedic manual therapy program to further develop her skills. She enjoys baking, yoga and spending time with her husband, son and French bulldog.

Stephanie Wen, PTA

As a former patient herself, Stephanie understands firsthand how difficult it is to feel limited with doing everyday activities. Stephanie believes strongly in the importance of educating patients about exercises and demonstrating good posture. She is committed to reading research articles and attending continuing education classes to stay current on new treatment methods. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics, and strives to help patients get back to their activities pain-free.

Ian Palmer, DPT

Ian was born and raised in the Bay Area. He earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2019 from the University of Florida and bachelor's degree in biology in 2015 from the University of California Santa Barbara. Ian has a passion for orthopedics. He enjoys teaching functional body mechanics as well as creating strength training programs to prevent re-injury and get patients out of pain. Ian enjoys working with and getting to know patients from all backgrounds. When he is not working in the center, he is climbing local or distant peaks, surfing or spending quality time with friends and family.

Community Involvement


We are proud to offer our new Recovery and Reconditioning Program. As you or your loved ones recover from COVID-19 or other debilitating illnesses and conditions, you may be left with varying levels of deconditioning and weakness. Our Recovery and Reconditioning Program focuses on identifying key areas of weakness in patients.
