Our Team

Kellee Straub, P.T., DPT, Market Manager

Kellee has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2018. She treats in our Redwood Shores location and is the market manager for our Peninsula centers. Kellee specializes in treating patients who benefit from gait training, orthopedic rehabilitation, both pre- and post-operative, sports medicine services, work conditioning, functional capacity evaluations and post-offer employment testing. Kellee completed her undergraduate education at UC Santa Barbara and doctorate of physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She and her husband have two young boys and enjoy hiking, baking and going to the beach.

Peter Gordon, P.T.

Peter grew up in rural northern Ireland, where he was an avid sports player. Receiving physical therapy for sports injuries of his own is what first inspired him to pursue the profession. Physical therapy allows Peter to marry his passion for exercise and movement with his love of working with and helping people. He was first licensed to practice physical therapy in northern Ireland, but after settling in California with his American wife and daughter, went through the process of getting his credentials in the United States.

Kathryn Bildhauer, PTA

Kathryn has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021 and has worked in outpatient and inpatient settings. She also has previous experience working as an emergency medical technician. She has treated patients from all age groups with varied medical and orthopedic conditions. She completed her undergraduate education at California State University San Marcos and received an associate degree for physical therapy assisting from Gurnick Academy in San Mateo. She enjoys most sports including mountain biking, surfing and playing with her dog on the beach.
