Rachel received her bachelor's degree in human biology from UCSD in 2006 and her master's in physical therapy from CSULB in 2010. She continued to develop her manual skills and received certification in orthopedic manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute in 2012. Rachel has worked in outpatient orthopedics for over 12 years and is a board certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy. When she is not having fun working with her amazing staff to help her wonderful patients return to optimal function, she is out exploring San Diego, traveling the world, exercising and trying new foodie and beer spots with her wife and dog.

Brent received his bachelor's degree in exercise biology from UC Davis in 2004 and his doctorate of physical therapy from USC in 2008. While attending USC he received a merit award for academic excellence. He has worked in outpatient orthopedics since 2008 and has received certifications through the Titleist Performance Institute for golf, Humanscale for office ergonomics and the Gray Institute for functional based treatments. Brent enjoys blending the techniques he has learned through the years to develop therapy programs that are specific to each individuals needs. When not working he is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, camping and enjoying the San Diego beer scene.

Nicole received her bachelor's degree in exercise biology from UC Davis in 2015 and her doctorate of physical therapy from Marymount University in 2022. Nicole originally grew up in the San Diego area and graduated from Coronado High School, but spent the last few years living on the east coast in the Northern Virginia/Washington, DC area. Now that she's back in San Diego she is excited to rediscover the city and give back to her home community. Nicole is passionate about health and exercise and enjoys working in with outpatient orthopedic and neuro-rehabilitation populations, she is LSVT/BIG certified. In her free time, Nicole enjoys going to the beach, staying active and searching for the best guacamole San Diego has to offer.
