Our Team

Nicole DeCristoforo, P.T., DPT, Assistant Center Manager

Originally from Rhode Island, Nicole completed her bachelor's degree and doctorate of physical therapy at Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts. She was a member of the varsity cross country and track and field teams in college and continues to enjoy long distance running, achieving her goal of competing in the Boston Marathon in 2021. She has more than 10 years experience working primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings. She also has experience serving as a former clinic director and a travel physical therapist. Nicole's clinical interests include orthopedic, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, women's and men's health/pelvic floor physical therapy and vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and getting them back to the activities they love. Nicole enjoys running, yoga, hiking, going to the beach and traveling.

Sheila Morris, MOT, OTR/L, CHT

Sheila graduated from the University of Florida with a master's degree in occupational therapy in 2014 and obtained her certified hand therapy credential in 2019. Sheila has more than 10 years experience in hand therapy as an occupational therapist. She specializes in pre- and post-operative, upper-extremity rehabilitation as well as the fabrication of custom orthoses for a wide range of upper-extremity disorders. Sheila enjoys baking sourdough, playing with her cat and competing on an outrigger racing canoe team.

Christopher Lloyd, P.T., DPT

Christopher was born and raised in Santa Barbara, California. While playing high school football, he suffered a shoulder AC separation, which ultimately led him into physical therapy. He received his bachelor's degree from San Diego State University and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. In 2015 he graduated and moved to San Diego, where he has lived and worked since. Christopher enjoys hiking, beach volleyball and miscellaneous construction projects around the house.

Eduardo Garcia, P.T., MPT

Eduardo received his bachelor's degree in exercise science from California State University Fresno. In May 2006, he received his master's degree in physical therapy. He has clinical experience in balance and fall prevention, neurological rehab, orthopedic rehab, sports rehab and manual therapy. He has successfully completed specialty courses in sports-related rehabilitation, lower quarter biomechanics and injury prevention for runners. Eduardo is passionate about running, soccer and other sports. While developing his skills as a hands-on clinician at CSU Fresno, he participated on the cross country and track teams. He also enjoys hiking, playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Jon Kennette, P.T, DPT, OCS, Cert MDT

A proud native of San Diego, Jon was introduced to dance at The San Diego School of Performing Arts. After high school, he continued his dance training at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, obtaining a bachelor's degree in modern dance. He danced professionally for several years before retiring due to injury. Forced to change his career trajectory, he attended the Delaware Technical and Community College in Wilmington, Delaware as a biology major and then received his doctorate in physical therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2015. He worked for many years in an outpatient clinic in Delaware before returning to San Diego in 2024. Jon is a certified mechanical diagnosis therapist and board certified orthopedic specialist. He celebrates movement and finds joy in helping his patients reach their peak physical rehabilitation, which he sees as an important link to overall happiness.

Sophie Dingman, P.T., DPT

Sophie earned her bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2020 and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2024 from San Diego State University. She also earned her level 1 pelvic floor certification through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Sophie enjoys treating orthopedic populations and a variety of pelvic floor conditions, including pregnancy and postpartum care, bladder dysfunction and pelvic pain. She is passionate about building impactful relationships with her patients and emphasizes a comprehensive treatment approach to help them achieve their health and wellness goals. Sophie enjoys hiking, backpacking, running, yoga and spending time at the beach.

Michelle Robinson, P.T., DPT

Michelle received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2020 and her doctorate in physical therapy in 2024 from San Diego State University. Michelle grew up in Northern California, where she loved playing softball and basketball throughout her childhood and into high school. She enjoys being active, working out and helping others learn about exercise. Michelle is a certified level 1 pelvic floor physical therapist and likes helping patients feel more confident and get back to doing what they love to do. She enjoys going to the beach to play volleyball, reading and trying new food places.
