Our Team

Eduardo Garcia, MPT

Eduardo received a bachelor's degree in exercise science from California State University of Fresno. In May of 2006, he received a master’s of physical therapy. He has clinical experience in balance and fall prevention, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports medicine and manual therapy. His specialty courses include sports-related rehabilitation, lower quarter biomechanics and injury prevention for runners. Eduardo is passionate about running, soccer and other sports. He participated on the varsity cross-country and track teams at CSU, Fresno. He also enjoys hiking, playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Elijah Morin, P.T., DPT

Originally from the East Coast, Elijah grew up in New Jersey. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in health sciences in 2017 from Drexel University and doctorate of physical therapy in 2021 from MCPHS University. Elijah has experience working in school settings with pediatric populations and in geriatric acute care but finds his passion in orthopedics with a growing interest in sports. Elijah's goal is to give each individual he works with the autonomy and freedom to return to the things they love. Elijah enjoys working on cars, spending time with friends and family and surfing.

Alexander Woehlbrandt, P.T., DPT

Born and raised in Seattle Washington, Alex graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology pre-physical therapy focus in 2013 from Western Washington University. He then moved to California where he received a doctorate of physical therapy in 2018 from West Coast University. Alex has certifications in Graston Technique M1 as well as Rock Tape and is pursuing an orthopedic specialist certification. He has experience treating a wide variety of conditions including spinal derangement using McKenzie Method MDT, vestibular imbalance and weakness, sports-related injuries and orthopedic conditions. Alex enjoys spending his time at the beach surfing and camping or in the mountains hiking, climbing and skiing.

Amanda Oliver, P.T., DPT

Amanda received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and her doctorate of physical therapy degree in 2021 from New York Medical College. Born and raised in Connecticut, Amanda is excited to begin a rewarding career on the west coast. She has clinical experience in both orthopedic and acute settings. She is passionate about exercise and giving patients the opportunity to return to the activities they enjoy. Amanda enjoys sports, challenging workouts and coffee shops.

Sheila Morris, MOT, OTR/L, CHT

Sheila received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in occupational therapy from the University of Florida where she was born and raised. She moved to San Diego in January 2015 and has been working as an outpatient upper extremity therapist ever since. She received her CHT (certified hand therapist) credential in 2018 and specializes in rehabilitation of the hands, wrists and elbows including pre- and post-operative care, custom splinting and ergonomic evaluations. Sheila spends much of her spare time in the ocean as a member of the Hanohano outrigger canoe club and participates in outrigger canoe races up and down the coast of Southern California.
