Nicole Sulham, P.T., DPT
Nicole has been a member of the Select Physical Therapy team since 2012. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and worked closely with women's field hockey and gymnastics teams. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from University of St. Augustine in 2011.
Nicole has over a decade of experience working with outpatient orthopedic populations. She is passionate about working with patients to improve their quality of life by utilizing a hands-on therapy and functional treatment approach.
Nicole has experience working with a wide range of ages, with various orthopedic and sports-related conditions, from post-surgical to conservative management of conditions, as well as TMJ and vestibular conditions. Nicole takes a whole body approach when treating patients to create an individualized treatment plan to get them back to what they love doing.
Alyssa Thompson, PTA
Alyssa has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021 and recently transferred from Phoenix, Ariz. She received a physical therapist assistant degree from GateWay Community College in 2020, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in pre-physical therapy from Cal State University San Marcos in 2015.
Alyssa has prior experience in similar fields working as an aquatic rehabilitation instructor, softball/conditioning coach and physical therapy technician. Her interest range is in everything outdoor including hiking, wakeboarding and snowboarding as well as sports-related activities including co-ed softball and golf. She is passionate about improving patient's quality of life using the knowledge she gained from clinical experience and personal passions to maximize individual functional performance. Alyssa enjoys working with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions including active individuals of all ages.
Franjo Vukojevic, P.T., DPT
Franjo enjoys helping people return to their desired level of function and restore their independence. His professional interests include orthopedics, return to sport and concussion rehabilitation. He found his passion for physical therapy after undergoing extensive rehabilitation due to a baseball injury.
Franjo, who joined Select Physical Therapy in 2022, earned his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2022 and his bachelor's degree in behavioral neuroscience from the University of San Diego in 2019.
He enjoys spending time with his family, reading, and playing and watching sports, especially Dinamo Zagreb games and anything Croatia.
