Castle Rock North

Michelle has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2012 and the center manager of the Castle Rock North location since 2020. She is a multi-site manager for Castle Rock South and Parker. She completed an undergraduate at Florida State and doctorate of physical therapy from Nova Southeastern in 2012. She enjoys treating all patients, but specializes in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation. She received certification in orthopedic manual therapy in 2018. Michelle is married with three girls. She enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.

Alexandria brings her motivating spirit and charisma to the patients she treats. She loves treating patients of all kinds and specializes in pelvic health services. Alexandria is originally from Las Vegas, NV. She moved to the Castle Rock area from Phoenix, AZ with her husband and their dogs. Alexandria danced professionally for a Modern dance company while in college, loves doing yoga, being active and spending time with family.

Shannon is a traveling physical therapist from New Jersey who has been traveling for about three years and has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2022. Her focus for the majority of her career prior to traveling has been on pediatrics, but she has a solid background in athletics as well. Shannon graduated from Waynesburg University with a degree in athletic training and West Virginia University with a doctorate in physical therapy. Shannon is originally from the Jersey shore and loves the beach and playing beach volleyball, but she is loving living in Colorado. Shannon loves being outside hiking or camping and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Michael was born and raised in Maine. He enjoys traveling the country and taking advantage of the opportunities to meet new people, experience different cultures and develop himself both personally and professionally. His treatment philosophy is to meticulously combine evidence-based techniques with individualized patient needs. Every patient who walks through the door has different backgrounds, experiences, values and goals; making it imperative to do his best to understand which aspects of clinical expertise he can best use to allow each patient to achieve the lifestyle they feel happiest with. He firmly believes that optimal results occur when there is a strong investment from all parties to better a patient's health.
