Michelle Atkinson, P.T., DPT, COMT, Center Manager
Michelle has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2012 and the center manager of the Castle Rock North location since 2020. She completed an undergraduate at Florida State and doctorate of physical therapy from Nova Southeastern in 2012. She enjoys treating all patients, but specializes in vestibular and concussion therapies. She received certification of orthopedic manual therapy in 2018. Michelle is married with three girls. She enjoys running, reading and spending time with family.
Alexandria Marshall, P.T., DPT
Alexandria brings her motivating spirit and charisma to the patients she treats. She loves treating patients of all kinds and specializes in pelvic health services. Alexandria is originally from Las Vegas, NV. She moved to the Castle Rock area from Phoenix, AZ with her husband and their dogs. Alexandria danced professionally for a Modern dance company while in college, loves doing yoga, being active and spending time with family.
