Karen Langford , P.T., DPT, OCS, CSCS
Joshua Elrod, P.T., DPT, FAAOMPT
Josh has been a practicing physical therapist since 2010, specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy across a wide range of diagnoses. His post-operative care experience includes lateral ankle repair, Achilles tendon repair, knee ligament reconstruction, total joint replacements and spinal surgeries.
Josh is a fellow of the American Academy of Manual Physical Therapists, has completed full-body certification in active-release technique and is certified in functional dry needling. His treatment approach blends advanced manual therapy, movement-based rehabilitation and individualized performance training to help patients return to the activities they love.
Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, hiking, lifting weights and playing and watching sports.
Nikko Manning, P.T., DPT
Daria Maliesky, P.T.
Daria has been with Select Physical Therapy since 2024. Originally from California, she earned her undergraduate and doctorate degrees from Saint Louis University. Daria gravitated to physical therapy as a career because it promotes an overall healthy lifestyle and helps patients make small changes that have large impacts on function and quality of life.
She loves to connect with people, valuing an individualized approach for every patient to help manage pain, improve function and return to a full activity level. Daria has training in a variety of manual therapy techniques, including osteopathic manual interventions.
Daria enjoys hiking, biking, snowboarding and exploring new places with family and friends.
