Our Team

Meredith Gretzinger, P.T., DPT

Meredith is originally from Pensacola, Florida and joined the Colorado team in spring of 2022. She enjoys yoga, camping and hanging out with her two cats. Meredith has a particular passion for treating pediatrics and post-operative conditions. Her treatment philosophy centers around empowering individuals to achieve their highest level of physical function and well-being. It's rooted in the belief that every person is unique and deserves personalized care that addresses their specific needs, goals and concerns. She strives to create a collaborative environment where patients feel actively involved in their rehabilitation journey.

Julia Dodd, P.T., DPT, OCS

Julia is originally from Georgia and been part of the Select team since 2016. She gained experience in outpatient and inpatient settings prior to moving to Colorado in 2018. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, snowboarding as much as they can in the winter season and mountain biking and paddle boarding in warmer months. As a physical therapist, Julia hopes to become someone that patients can count on and provide a positive environment where they know their health is our main concern and our focus is on their well-being.

Ashley Jonathan, P.T., DPT

Ashley is originally from Indiana, earned her doctorate while in Kentucky and then relocated to Colorado in 2025 to be closer to family. Her background as a collegiate tennis and volleyball player sparked a special passion for shoulder rehabilitation. Her treatment philosophy is that a physical therapy center should be a place where patients feel not only empowered, but also seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. She strives to make therapy something patients look forward to, where progress is celebrated, setbacks are met with compassion and patients feel motivated to take active roles in their recoveries and preventions. Ashley enjoys hiking, rock climbing, pickleball, tennis and painting.

Miranda Ellington, PTA

Miranda is from Louisiana where she obtained a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and master's degree in sport science and rehabilitation before moving to Colorado in 2019 to obtain physical therapist assistant licensure. Miranda's background includes orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, traumatic brain injury, stroke and post-operative therapy. She loves to educate and empower patients. She wants each patient to feel like family and feel heard and seen. Her goal is to make a positive difference in patients' lives by using her knowledge and tools to achieve measurable goals. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, traveling, soccer, walking her two dogs, cooking and binge watching reality TV.

Al Lopta, LMT

Al has been a massage therapist in the Denver area since 1992. With 30+ years in the outpatient rehabilitation setting, he maximizes the benefits of medical massage with physical therapy to optimize the best results for patients. Massage helps to facilitate quicker recovery, aids in soft tissue repair and maximizes performance. He believes in the power of medical massage therapy to address specific medical conditions, injuries or chronic pain issues. Massage therapy can be a complimentary or alternative approach to traditional medical treatments, aiming to alleviate symptoms, promote healing and improve overall well-being. His approach emphasizes the importance of collaboration between himself and the physical therapy team to create a personalized treatment plan tailored to each individual's needs.
