Tad Pieczynski , P.T., M.S., OCS, CSCS, center manager
Tad has more than 22 years of clinical experience in sports and orthopedic physical therapy. He specializes in treating a variety of diagnoses including upper and lower extremity issues across a wide patient demographic.
Tad completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in physical therapy from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. He is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is also certified in dry needling.
Joshua Jumbeck, P.T., DPT
Josh has a strong appreciation for staying active and moving well, which shapes his approach to clinical care.
As a former collegiate cross country and track athlete, Josh understands the demands of an active lifestyle and enjoys helping patients return to what they love.
Josh graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with his doctorate in physical therapy and has since become certified in dry needling. He treats a wide range of conditions with goal-driven and individualized care.
Lindsay Roybal, PTA
With a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitation, Lindsay has been helping patients improve function, manage pain and prevent injury for more than a decade.
A physical therapist assistant with Select Physical Therapy since 2008, Lindsay has proudly served the Longmont community since 2014.
Lindsay earned a bachelor's degree in integrative physiology from the University of Colorado in 2007 and completed the physical therapist assistant program at Arapahoe Community College in 2011.
In the center, Lindsay uses Pilates-based rehabilitation, including reformer work, to improve strength, flexibility and overall movement quality. Lindsay also provides WorkStrategies services such as injury prevention, early symptom intervention, work conditioning and post-offer employment testing to support both individuals and organizations.
Lindsay enjoys fitness, skiing, reading and spending time with family. As a parent of three, Lindsay values and promotes an active, healthy lifestyle both at home and in the center.
Bri Archibold, patient service specialist
As a patient service specialist, Bri strives to create a welcoming and efficient experience for every patient.
Bri's role ensures accurate documentation, timely follow-ups and a smooth flow of care from first contact to discharge. Bri has a strong background in customer service and administrative support and is xperienced in managing front office operations, including patient scheduling, insurance verification and coordinating communication between patients and providers. She is known for delivering efficient, organized and patient-centered support to ensure a smooth healthcare experience.
Dylan Johnson, patient service specialist
Dylan joined the front office team as a patient service specialist at Select Physical Therapy in February 2026. They genuinely enjoy being part of a team dedicated to helping people feel better and returning to the activities they love.
In their role, they handle scheduling, assist patients with questions and manage insurance authorizations to ensure care continues without delays. They take pride in keeping operations running smoothly and being a reliable resource for both patients and coworkers. With a strong background in customer service and hospitality, they value clear communication, attention to detail and building positive connections. They understand how important it is for patients to feel comfortable and supported. Contributing to that experience each day makes the role truly meaningful.
Dianna Kidd, P.T., DPT
Diana is a Colorado native with over 21 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University and has developed extensive expertise in treating a wide range of orthopedic, sports-related and post-operative conditions.
Diana takes a comprehensive, multi-faceted approach to her practice, integrating soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, joint mobilization, individualized therapeutic exercise programs, neuromuscular re-education and patient education to support lasting results. She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with a particular passion for helping athletes safely return to their desired sport and perform at their highest level.
