Our Team

Carly Keafer Nelson, P.T., DPT

Carly has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020 after working in Massachusetts for a private outpatient orthopedic clinic. Carly's background is with all orthopedic conditions, but also specializes in vestibular and concussion treatments. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities. Carly graduated from University of New Hampshire with her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with concentration in exercise science and went on further to complete her doctorate of physical therapy from University of New England. In her free time, Carly enjoys hiking, cooking and skiing.

Taylor Sexton, P.T., DPT

Taylor joined Select Physical Therapy in 2019 when she began working as a patient service specialist after getting her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Davis. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Southern California in 2024. Taylor enjoys getting to know her patients and working towards individualized goals together. In addition to orthopedics, Taylor is dry needling certified and specializes in TMJ dysfunction. She enjoys hiking, playing pickleball and tennis, baking, traveling and spending time with her family and wiener dog.
