Our Team

Abby Gonci, P.T.

Abby has been a member of Select Physical Therapy for over 20 years. Abby specializes in treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction as well as orthopedic rehabilitation. Abby completed her physical therapy degree from the University of Connecticut. Outside of the clinic Abby enjoys CrossFit, walking her dog, cheering her daughter on during swimming and all things Disney. If she wasn't a physical therapist, she would be Minnie Mouse.

Carly Keafer Nelson, P.T., DPT

Carly has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2020 after working in Massachusetts for a private outpatient orthopedic clinic. Carly's background is with all orthopedic conditions, but also specializes in vestibular and concussion treatments. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities. Carly graduated from University of New Hampshire with her bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science and went on further to complete her doctorate of physical therapy from University of New England. In her free time, Carly enjoys hiking, cooking and skiing.
