Select Physical Therapy's highly trained staff will design a specialized plan of care that is just right for you. Orthopedics: Whether you've sustained a mild strain or had a major surgical procedure, our physical therapists will work with you in a goal-oriented program to regain maximal pain-free function.

Sports Medicine: We provide sport rehabilitation services for multiple local high schools and universities, both onsite and in our center. The goal of our physical therapists and athletic trainers is to return injured athletes to their optimal performance level in whichever sport they participate.

Industrial: We are focused on returning injured workers back to their place of employment in a timely and safe manner. We provide highly focused functional rehabilitation programs that ensure ideal return-to-work status. We also provide screening procedures designed to ensure safety in the workplace.

Our Team

Bryan Lilley, P.T., DPT, CDNS

Bryan has been a leader with Select Physical Therapy for five years. He holds dry needling certification. Has resided in Simsbury for more than 30 years. He enjoys being with his family and raising their two young boys. Bryan’s hobbies are sailboat racing in the Long Island Sound, coaching youth hockey and cycling. He is an active SYHA board member and hockey coach. Bryan’s interests are sports medicine, joint replacements and all post-surgical musculoskeletal injuries. He enjoys a hands-on approach with manual, physical mobility and strengthening programs.

Nancy Yannopoulos, P.T., MSPT

Nancy earned a master’s degree in 1983 from Columbia University School of Physical Therapy and has completed numerous continuing education courses. She has achieved success in the treatment of spine pain, rotator cuff rehabilitation, total joint rehabilitation, MS, Parkinson’s, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and sports medicine injuries, as well as pediatric physical therapy. Nancy’s vision is to care for patients on an individual basis, provide hands-on treatments to help reduce pain and improve alignment and utilize customized and effective therapeutic exercise programs.

Amanda Zdun, P.T., DPT

Amanda is a new member of the Select Physical Therapy team in Simsbury. She enjoys indoor and outdoor activities including soccer, basketball, hiking and walking her dogs. Amanda likes to work with athletes who are looking to return to play after an injury. She earned her undergraduate and doctorate of physical therapy degrees from University of Hartford.

Erin Koukopoulos, ATC, EMT

Erin is the assistant athletic trainer at Westminster School. She graduated in 2022 from Central Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in athletic training and is currently continuing her education at Southern Connecticut State University part time to obtain a master's degree in exercise science with a concertation in sports psychology and counseling. She is also a licensed EMT and has worked with multiple organizations such as the Danbury Hat Tricks, the Danbury Westerners and the New York Football Giants. She enjoys all sports and has a dog named Dixie.

Nicole Pease, Sports Medicine Coordinator

Nicole is the head athletic trainer at Simsbury High School as well as a sports medicine coordinator for Select Medical. Nicole received her bachelor’s from Westfield State College in movement science and her master’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in exercise physiology. She was a long time adjunct professor at Westfield State University where she enjoyed teaching students in the movement science department. In 2016 she had the opportunity to work with the Armenian National Wrestling team. She has served the profession at the state and conference level. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys participating in running and cycling events, hiking with her family, cooking and being a mom of 2 wonderful girls
