Our Team
Jack Parham, P.T., MBA, COMT
Jack brings more than 24 years of clinical experience and a high level of energy and personality to the patients he treats. He has lived in south Florida for 36 years and enjoys treating patients of all kinds. He is a certified orthopedic manual therapist with a goal of providing the highest level rehabilitative and performance enhancing programs to maximize function and promote well-being.
Michelle Darnell , P.T., DPT, MTC, CEAS
Michelle received a doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Central Florida in 2014. She obtained certification in hand therapy in 2018 after completing a Hand Therapy Fellowship program in New York. Michelle evaluates and treats patients for a wide range of acute, post-surgical and chronic conditions for the hand and upper extremity population. She also designs and fabricates orthotics for patients of all ages.
