Our Team

Dave Cosher, PTA

Dave has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2019, with 3 years of clinical experience. He has worked in the outpatient setting. Dave completed his undergraduate education at Florida Southwestern and received his associates degree for physical therapy assistant at Broward University. He specializes in the treatment of gait training and orthopedic rehabilitation. He and his family enjoy the beach and water activities in their free time.

Larissa Simonetti , PTA

Larissa has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2021. Larissa has worked in the inpatient and outpatient settings as a physical therapy assistant. Larissa completed her bachelor's degree in physical education and sport dance at Kostanay University, Kazakhstan and received PTA degree at Broward College graduating with honors. Larissa likes dancing, ice skating and traveling.

During this time, we are keenly focused on your safety while helping you feel better. Our center is open and here to serve those in need. The Department of Homeland Security and state governments have deemed physical therapy an essential component of health care during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. We are taking extensive preventative measures, guided by the CDC, to protect our patients and employees who enter our center.
