Our Team
Lydell Humphrey, P.T., DPT, MTC, OCS
Lydell is a friendly therapist who enjoys helping people reach their goals. He is a sports and fitness enthusiast and also enjoys traveling. Lydell has achieved success in the treatment of a wide range of orthopedic disorders and sports injuries including cervical spine pain, low back pain and extremity injuries. He received his bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Florida, master's in physical therapy from the University of North Florida and his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine and he has extensive training in manual therapy having completed numerous continuing education courses.
