Our Team
Kenesha Dixon , MSPT
Kenesha has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2007, with 15 years of clinical experience. She has worked in the outpatient and in-home health setting. Kenesha specializes in treating patients diagnosed with vestibular dysfunction, gait dysfunction, TMJ dysfunction, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological dysfunction and has worked with members of the Wycliffe Stickball Team. Kenesha is passionate about helping patients heal and encouraging others to seek physical therapy.
Roxanne Famularo , PTA
Roxanne graduated from Suffolk Community College. Roxanne has specialized in orthopedics and sports-related injuries for nearly 20 years. Roxanne has experience with outpatient orthopedic patients, with a strong emphasis on shoulder dysfunction, post-operative joint replacements, low back pain, post-operative spinal surgeries, fractures, balance and gait dysfunction. Roxanne has completed several continuing education courses and is certified in kinesio taping. She was a clinical instructor for physical therapy students at South University and Keiser University. She loves spending time with her husband and children. Roxanne is an animal lover and has a puppy named Pancakes.

Hand Therapy
