Maria Alexandra Bravo, DPT, COMT
Alexandra specializes in treating upper and lower extremity orthopedic conditions. She has a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Montana and is passionate about health and wellness. She's been working at Select Physical Therapy for 14 years and enjoys treating patients with post-operative and general orthopedic conditions. She continues expand her skill set by attending seminars and continuing education credits to update her knowledge on upper and lower extremity common surgical procedures, cupping, taping and instrumental soft tissue mobilization. Alexandra works to provide appropriate exercise doses according to healing process. She has experience treating the adult and geriatric population. Alexandra's vision is to provide excellent quality of care by continuing to expand her knowledge and improve her patients' lives with increased function and independence. In her free time, Alexandra likes to workout, travel and spend time with her friends and family.
Anthony Rodriguez, P.T., DPT, CSCS
Anthony is a dedicated physical therapist with specialized expertise in both orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation across the lifespan. Anthony has experience treating a diverse range of patients across outpatient and inpatient settings. His clinical background includes working with professional and recreational athletes, individuals with neurological and vestibular disorders, post-surgical patients and those with general orthopedic or cardiopulmonary conditions. Known for his approachable demeanor and commitment to patient-centered care, Anthony fosters a friendly, motivating environment that supports long-term healing and rehabilitation.
Antonio Oliva, P.T., DPT
Antonio specializes in treating a variety orthopedic conditions using an evidence-based approach to help patients achieve optimal outcomes as quickly as possible. His goal is to get patients back to doing what they love. Antonio earned his doctorate in physical therapy from Florida International University. He is passionate about continuing education and constantly seeks to expand his knowledge by reading the latest research and attending professional courses. Outside the center, you'll find Antonio playing basketball, working out or spending quality time with his family/friends and dog.
Roberto Narvaez, PTA
Roberto is a physical therapist assistant dedicated to helping people move and feel better, with a focus on treating upper and lower extremity orthopedic conditions. He works closely with physical therapists to support patients through personalized exercises and treatments that improve mobility, reduce pain and promote healing. He graduated from Miami Dade College with an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant and has a year of outpatient orthopedic experience. He enjoys getting to know his patients and being part of their recovery journey, whether they're coming back from an injury or working to improve everyday life. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing soccer, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Alejandra Henao Fernandez, OTR/L, CHT
Alejandra is a certified hand therapist who transferred to South Florida from Nevada. She completed her master's degree in cccupational therapy at Quinnipiac University. Since graduation, she has been focusing on rehabilitation of the hand and upper extremity. She is comfortable working with patients of all ages, even children. Alejandra has outstanding patient outcomes with a range of diagnoses from cumulative stress syndromes to post-operative conditions. She frequently works with nerve compression syndromes such as carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel. Her expertise also includes patient education on joint protection procedures and splinting.

Irina Fulcher
Irina Fulcher stays busy by going to the gym and walking her dog. Unfortunately, she began to have issues with her left arm after an injury. Over a 15-year period, she began to use it less and less. She was facing rotator cuff surgery when she was advised to see a physical therapist.
"I was scared of it going from bad to worse and [undergoing] surgery," she explained. "I could not lift my left arm."
Irina started working with our clinical team, who designed a comprehensive program focused on regaining her lost mobility and strengthening the muscles surrounding her shoulder.
Irina performed a variety of exercises and used both manual therapies and modalities in the treatment plan.
Irina has reached milestones as she is able to sleep pain-free and enjoy the gym again.
