Our Team

Belle Peralta, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Belle is the center manager at our Deer Park location and has been with Select Physical Therapy since 1997. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Regis University and her bachelor's degree from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Belle specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, treating vertigo, balance disorders and post-concussion symptoms. She is certified in orthopedic manual therapy, LSVT BIG and dry needling. Belle also treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including joint replacements, rotator cuff repairs, ACL reconstructions, lymphedema and TMJ dysfunction. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.

Dan Schaus, P.T., OCS, COMT

Dan earned his bachelor's degree in physical therapy from Daemen College in 2002. He is board certified in orthopedic physical therapy through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and holds a certification in orthopedic manual therapy from the Ola Grimsby Institute. Additionally, he is a certified geriatric strength trainer. Dan has extensive experience treating joint replacements, rotator cuff and soft tissue repairs, vestibular conditions, sports injuries, workers' compensation cases and chronic pain. His approach is rooted in evidence-based care, with a strong focus on helping patients to achieve their personal goals. Dan's vision is to make Select Physical Therapy the region's premier provider by delivering exceptional outcomes and patient-centered care.

Sharon Graves, PTA

Sharon is a highly experienced physical therapist assistant who has been part of the Select Physical Therapy team since 2005. She earned her associate degree in physical therapist assistant from St. Petersburg College in 1989 and brings decades of clinical expertise to her role. Sharon has a strong passion for working with post-operative orthopedic patients, helping them regain mobility and function through personalized, hands-on care. Her dedication and experience make her a valued member of the rehabilitation team.
