Deer Park

Belle is the center manager and physical therapist in our Deer Park center and has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 1997. Belle earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2010 from Regis University and bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 1984 from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. She has her certification in orthopedic manual therapy from The Ola Grimsby Institute and is a LSVT BIG certified clinician. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation treating patients with vertigo, gait and balance disorders as well as post-concussion disorders. Belle has completed numerous continuing education courses and offers more than 30 years of clinical experience in treating various orthopedic diagnoses, total joint arthroplasties, rotator cuff repair, ACL reconstruction, lymphedema and TMJ dysfunction. She also has certification in dry needling. Belle strives to provide patients with an exceptional experience while achieving positive outcomes.

Dan earned a bachelor's degree in physical therapy in 2002 from Daemen College. He has board certification in orthopedic physical therapy through the American Boards of Physical Therapy Specialists. He received a certificate in orthopedic manual therapy through the Ola Grimsby Institute, and is a certified geriatric strength trainer. He has achieved success in the treatment of joint replacement, rotator cuff, soft tissue repair, vestibular rehabilitation, sports-related injury, worker's compensation injury and chronic pain. Daniel's vision is for Select Physical Therapy to be recognized as the premiere physical therapy facility in the region by providing the best evidenced-based treatments, and achieving goals that are most important to patients.

Sharon is a physical therapist assistant for Select Physical Therapy. She attended St. Petersburg College and earned an associates degree in physical therapy assisting in 1989. She has been working for Select Physical Therapy for 18 years. She enjoys working with post operative orthopedic patients.
