Our Team

Bibi Ulla, P.T., DPT, COMT. Center Manager

Bibi received a bachelor's in health sciences in 2009 and a doctorate in physical therapy in 2012 from Florida International University. She has been certified in orthopedic manual therapy since 2015. Bibi is capable of treating a wide array of orthopedic conditions in addition to balance and vestibular disorders. She uses multiple treatment approaches, including cupping, Kinesio taping and instrument-assisted, soft-tissue mobilization.

Diana Domaingue, P.T., DPT

Diana earned a doctorate of physical therapy from the University of North Florida. She has clinical experiencing working in various therapy settings including outpatient orthopedics, acute care and neurological rehabilitation. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients in the outpatient setting, including the post-surgical population and injured athletes. She also provides services for treating vestibular conditions and those recovering from post-concussion syndrome. Diana strives to provide patients with compassion, education and the encouragement they need for recovery. She enjoys creating artwork, working in the garden and spending time with family.

Carrie Echols, OTR/L

Carrie is a licensed occupational therapist specializing in hand and upper extremity therapy. Prior to joining Select, Carrie's experience included working with hand, wrist and microsurgical specialist physicians in Chicago, IL. She is a graduate of Chicago State University with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapy and active in the American Occupational Therapy Association. She is working toward pursuing credentialing as a certified hand therapist. Carrie has experience working with workers' compensation patients. She has also worked with high school and collegiate athletes, musicians and law enforcement personnel with a variety of upper extremity injuries ranging from fractures and nerve injuries to tendon injuries and repairs.

Hand Therapy

Our certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive and industry-leading treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow and shoulder injuries or conditions. Our team will work with you to create an individualized program to return you to work, life and athletics as soon as possible.

LSVT BIG Program

LSVT BIG has been shown to improve ratings on tests of motor functioning in people with Parkinson's disease following treatment. Physical gains include:

2022 Kissimmee Parkinson's Fight Club - VIRTUAL

Join Rose Babcock, P.T., DPT, and Cassie Bloom, ATC, PTA, for a complimentary virtual exercise group for those with Parkinson's disease. The group meets virtually on Zoom from 1-2 p.m. each Saturday. Exercises will emphasize large amplitude, full body movement as well as stretching, balance and light resistance training.
