We are conveniently located off Big Bend Road, east of US-301, behind Starbucks. You'll find us in the Big Bend Professional Park, in the second row of buildings on Elk Mountain Drive. We're next to Endodontic Specialists and directly across from Julestarz Academy for the Performing Arts.

Our Team

Corinne Nikitas, P.T.

Corinne has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2003, with over 20 years of clinical experience. She has dedicated her career to treating patients in the outpatient setting. She is a market manager overseeing centers in Hillsborough and St. Petersburg. Corinne specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training and orthopedic rehabilitation. Corinne earned a degree in physical therapy at the University of Florida.

Meghan Turner, P.T., DPT, OCS, COMT

Meghan is the center manager at the Summerfield office and a faculty member for Select Medical's Orthopedic Residency Program. Meghan earned a doctorate in physical therapy in 2015 from Misericordia University. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in orthopaedic physical therapy and has obtained a certification in orthopedic manual therapy. Meghan is certified in LSVT BIG and PWR!Moves both special treatment programs for the management of Parkinson's disease. Meghan is also dry needling certified and specializes in the treatment of concussion and vestibular disorders. She strives for high quality patient care utilizing evidence based techniques with a focus on an individualized treatment plans in order to help patients meet their goals.

Diana Celestino, PT, DPT, COMT

Diana joined Select Physical Therapy in 2021. She worked previously as a physical therapist assistant for six years. She has a particular interest in orthopedic care, but enjoys treating patients in all areas to help restore functional ability. Her care is focused on the principle that patients will have greater success when understanding "the why" to better achieve "the how." Diana has advanced training and certification in treating female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction, including urinary incontinence and pelvic pain. She has achieved a certification in orthopedic manual therapy and is a certified pelvic health specialist through Herman & Wallace and CoreVia Pelvic Health.
