Our Team

Elizabeth Watson, P.T., DPT, COMT

Elizabeth has been of member of Select Physical Therapy since 2016 with experience at multiple outpatient facilities in the Pinellas County area. Elizabeth completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas and received a doctorate of physical therapy from Texas Woman's University in Dallas, TX. In addition to working with patients presenting with a variety of orthopedic conditions and injuries, Elizabeth has taken continuing education courses focusing on vestibular rehabilitation, running injuries and blood flow restriction training. She completed a two-year program to become a certified orthopedic manual therapist and is trained to perform functional capacity evaluations, post-offer employment testing and wheelchair mobility assessments. Elizabeth and her husband have a young son and two dogs and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.

Jacquelyn Bown, P.T., DPT, OCS

Jacquelyn has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since June 2022. She has worked in outpatient and skilled nursing settings. Jacquelyn completed her undergraduate education at East Tennessee State University and received her doctorate in physical therapy from University of St. Augustine in 2020. Jacquelyn has strong clinical interests in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, manual therapy and balance/gait training to assist patients to return to activities they enjoy and improve their quality of life. She was the first resident in our area for the Orthopedic Residency Program in January 2023 and received her orthopedic clinical specialist credential in 2025. She and her husband have two cats and are University of Tennessee football fans.

Corinne Nikitas, P.T.

Corinne has been a member of Select Physical Therapy since 2003, with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She has dedicated her career to treating patients in the outpatient setting. She is a Market Manager overseeing centers in Hillsborough county and St. Petersburg. Corinne specializes in treating patients who benefit from TMJ treatment, vestibular rehabilitation, gait training and orthopedic rehabilitation. Corinne completed a degree in physical therapy at the University of Florida. She enjoys performing community service through her volunteer work with The Junior League of Tampa and spending time with her husband and their two young children.

Joe Zucco, P.T., DPT, FAAOMPT

Joe is a fellow of the American Academy of Manual Orthopedic Therapists, dry needling certified and a national continuing education instructor for Select Physical Therapy. He is experienced in treating multiple injuries and athletes, with special interest in distance runners, impact sports, triathletes, among many others. Throughout his career, he has enjoyed working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Outside of work, Joe is active with several sports and outdoor activities. One of the benefits of living in Florida is the weather allows him to be outside year-round. He enjoys traveling (especially to Italy); good food; healthy cooking and spending time with his wife, family and dogs.

Sarah Spear, Patient Service Specialist

Sarah joined the patient service specialist team in 2023. She is originally from Portland, Oregan, and moved to Florida in 2015. Sarah has an extensive and diverse background in customer care. She enjoys creating an organized and uplifting atmosphere for patients to help facilitate their therapy goals. In her free time, you can find her making hand-made decor for the center, kayaking with her husband or spening a quiet night in with their four cats.
