Donna excels not only in her professional career but also in academics, having been an Academic All-American in softball at Stephen F. Austin State University. She holds a masters in occupational therapy from Texas Women's University in Houston's Medical Center. Donna moved to St. Petersburg in 2016 and has continued to practice hand therapy in outpatient clinic settings. Christine Plaza, P.T., DPT

Christine danced classical ballet for over 10 years before deciding to pursue a career in engineering. While working as a consultant engineer, she was introduced to Pilates by a dance teacher. Recognizing the impact Pilates had in her own body and well-being, she returned to her first love of movement and obtained her comprehensive teacher training certification in Pilates. As a Pilates instructor, Christine started working with clients discharged from physical therapy rehabilitation. She discovered a profound sense of joy and fulfillment helping others attain and maintain quality of life through movement. It was then that her higher purpose became clear and started working towards obtaining a degree in physical therapy. She is certified in manual physical therapy and dry needling, as well as trained in vestibular rehabilitation.
