Cristine Plaza, P.T., DPT, CMPT, DN certified
Christine earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Florida International University in 2016. She is certified in manual physical therapy and dry needling and is also trained in vestibular rehabilitation.
Cristine danced classical ballet for over 10 years before deciding to pursue a career in civil and environmental engineering. While working as a consulting engineer, she was introduced to Pilates by a dance teacher, leading her to become a certified Pilates instructor.
Teaching Pilates in a rehabilitation clinic, Cristine worked with clients discharged from physical therapy. She discovered a profound sense of joy and fulfillment helping others attain and maintain quality of life through movement, and her higher purpose became clear.
